【光譜感測與先進材料實驗室】誠摯歡迎有志一同研究的同學加入本實驗室。
我們研究功能性奈米材料的合成、表面修飾、以及應用。在過程中,發展分析方法,以發掘「同質或異質奈米材料之間」或「奈米材料與分子之間」的交互作用模式,探討衍生其中的能量與結構變化,使外溢成為感測、生醫、能量、與催化等應用技術。 

近年重點貢獻:

A. 利用「螢光碳點」控制「奈米銀顆粒」的聚集,使形成中空的複合角錐結構,並在這個半封閉空間中促成「表面增強拉曼」與「螢光」這兩個獨立光學現象的耦合 (coupling)。 

B.在各式剛性或柔性載體上建構分子環境,以優化奈米材料、檢體、或光敏劑等的吸附,以形成光譜檢測基材 (substrate)、分子分離固相 (stationary phase)、催化劑、或光能轉換介質。 

C. 利用獨特的介面技術,合成形態特殊的奈米金基材,實現在原生介質中定位、裁切雙硫鍵,以利辨識蛋白質的表面增強拉曼光譜能力。

D. 發展光譜數據存取與處理程式 (SQL/Python/C++),另以類黃酮為模型,建立拉曼光譜統計分析方法,以構建傳統與表面增強拉曼光譜分析的「機器學習」平台。

E. 抗菌、類藥物 (drug-like)、與其它具生物活性「奈米碳點」的合成與應用。

F. 持續精進表面增强拉曼光譜量測的靈敏度,例如液相量測的靈敏度已達 10-18 M,用於食品染料偵測的固相感測器靈敏度則可達 10-15 M。
